I build nutrition and fitness plans based on your specific goals and needs, teach kickboxing, do group fitness training, online training, one on one training, home fitness, and am willing to work with you for any contest prep or prep for any competition. Plans can be built month to month or in 4,6,8,10,12,14,and 16 week setups. I can travel to you and train you at your home or home gym, if you do not have a gym membership we can get you in at my gym or anywhere else you are comfortable with.
